2026 DATES
Under our new guidelines we worked with the town to find dates coinciding with low tide and the 2026 dates are
June 15th (rain date June 16)
July 13th (rain date July 14th)
August 11th (rain date August 12
Volunteer registration for June is currently open. Registration for participants for the June 2026 event will open at 8am Memorial Day, Monday May 25th. Participant registration will be done through a lottery this year in order to be fairer to participants who are not able to register at 8am. Participant registration for June will remain open for 24 hours (until 8am on Tuesday May 26th) at which time we will process the lottery and notify all registrants whether or not they have received a spot. If we happen to have less registrations than we do spots, then we will re-open registration on a first come, first serve basis.
Registration for July and August will operate the same way and will open at 8am the day after the preceding event.
